			15 Mar 10: Cardiff 2 take BUCS Trophy Bronze. Cardiff 2 took bronze in the BUCS Trophy after a 6-3 semi-final defeat against Imperial 1sts. Cardiff 1sts were dissapointedly beaten by Southampton 1sts in the Championship quarter-finals after a play-off frame following a 5-5 draw. Huw Carpenter claimed a bronze after a fine run to the individual championships semi- finals. Huw also had the second highest break with a 77.
			20 Feb 09: David Blake takes February Open title. David Blake defeated Club Championship rival Ben Chung 2-0 to finally win the February Open after finishing runner-up in the previous two years. Full Results>>
			07 Feb 10: Cardiff dominate at Midlands Cup. Cardiff 1 and Cardiff 2 made up for last years final heartache by winning the Team Championship and Trophy events, beat York 1 and York 2 at the Midlands Cup in Coventry. Dan Peacey of Cardiff 2 also took home the Trophy Singles title whilst Cardiff 1's Huw Carpenter took the highest break with a 64. Full Review>>

			29 Nov 09: Cardiff 1 stroll to Southern Unis Championship. Cardiff 1 players Huw Carpenter, Layton Brooks, David Blake, Rupert Taylor and Jon Hillard swept aside the challenge of teams from Oxford and Southampton to win the inaugral Southern Universities Snooker Championships. Brooks defeated Carpenter in the individual event whilst Carpenter took away the high break with a 50.

			26 Oct 08: Cardiff 1  4-6  Warwick 1 Cardiff 1sts went down a narrow 4-6 to Warwick 1sts in the between the 2nd and 3rd ranked teams in Britian. Warwick also came away victorious in the other matches with Warwick 2 and 3 recording wins of 9-3 and 7-5 over Cardiff 2 and 3 respectively.
